Ceralta Technologies Completes Divestiture of Sage Laboratories, Inc.

PEABODY, MA, June 18, 2010 - Ceralta Technologies, Inc. announces the divestiture of Sage Laboratories, Inc. to Spectrum Microwave, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Spectrum Control, Inc. Sage Laboratories designs and manufactures active and passive RF and microwave components and subsystems for applications in the space, defense, medical and commercial markets.

Sage Laboratories, in addition to TRU Corporation, was a wholly owned subsidiary of parent company Ceralta Technologies, Inc. TRU Corporation continues to operate as a subsidiary of Ceralta Technologies and the foundation for future growth and acquisition activities. Linda Moulton, CEO of Ceralta Technologies, outlines "The divestiture of Sage Laboratories allows us the opportunity to refocus our core strategy around the growth opportunities in our interconnect business with TRU Corporation.
