Great healthcare means peace of mind. TRU offers employees and eligible dependents three choices in medical plans to meet the diverse coverage and budget needs of our employees. In addition to health coverage, these plans include coverage for vision and multiple discount programs such as gym memberships. Dental coverage is a separate plan and employees may participate in this plan without participating in the medical plan. The Company contributes towards the majority of the cost of these plans. The balance of premiums is paid by the employees on a pre-tax basis.

The Company offers its employees access to both Flexible Spending (FSA) and Dependant Care (DCAP) Accounts. FSA and DCAP programs allow employees to pay for out of pocket medical, dental and dependent day care expenses with "Pre-Tax Dollars." This typically saves 20% - 40% on eligible expenses (based on your tax bracket).

That is why we offer and pay 100% for our employees' Life, Accidental Death & Dismemberment, Short Term and Long Term Disability insurance coverage. Short-term disability and long-term disability pay a designated percentage of your weekly and monthly gross income, respectively, in the event that you are unable to perform the material duties of your regular job. The life insurance program is designed to provide benefits to your designated beneficiary in the event of your death. We also offer employees the opportunity to purchase voluntary life insurance.

Benefit eligible employees are able to join the 401(k) plan after completing one month of service.
