About the SQS™ Interface

The SQS series is a quick-connect/disconnect RF interface that provides reliable mating with fast connection capability. This interface features a positive locking mechanism employing a spring-loaded sleeve on the male plug that is drawn back to let self-contained bearings “click” into grooves on the corresponding female and then slide forward to complete the mate. A fully mated condition is visually confirmed by use of a red-line indicator on the housing that is hidden under full engagement. The SQS interface is similar to the 7-16 line size but provides higher power/ voltage capability as well as a non-threaded, quick connect/disconnect capability. The SQS series is ideal for high power industrial equipment applications in semiconductor, solar and display markets.
